Roast (Instant Pot recipe)


2 Onions

2 lbs potatoes

1 lb carrots

3 cloves garlic

1 cup beef broth

1 cup red wine

Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.

Natural Pressure Release (NPR) in about 15 minutes.
